We sourced and roasted this coffee for our friend Danny Muñoz, who placed 6th in the 2026 U.S. Brewer's Cup. This Red Bourbon is a limited lot grown Finca Deborah in Volcán, Panama, by friend & producer Jamison Savage at 2000 MASL.

Process -

DEEP PURPLE is an extended natural anaerobic Bourbon. Jamison's trademark process of this coffee results in a deeply fruited coffee, with a syrupy sweetness, and lingering floral aromatics & notes of baking spices.
